Meet Lorenzo our Service Advisor and Shop Manager!
Lorenzo started in the auto industry with AAA of Arizona as a Tow Truck operator, working graveyard for a few years and then he got the opportunity to work with them as a service advisor. From there, he transitioned into a shop manager a few years ago. He has now been in the auto industry for over 20 years now.
As Lorenzo states:
“ I love working for Knudsen’s as I am a people person and I love to greet people with a name and not be a big numbers corporation. I treat the shop as my own and give the best possible experience for our customers whether it is for maintenance, or emergency services. I know my customers by name and treat them like family! I believe in a no pressure approach by helping our customers to prioritize and plan out their repairs to meet budget constraints. To me, it is the best way to serve our business. I can call several of our customers, friends as they have my cell phone in case any auto needs arise or just to say hello, which happens quite frequently! ”
